    • For a first offense, the user may receive a warning, reminding them of the platform's policies.
    • For repeated violations, the user may face temporary suspension or, in severe cases, a permanent ban from being a creator on Kiwikink.

Appeals: Users who believe their content has been mistakenly identified as duplicate or watermarked can submit an appeal through the Kiwikink support system. The platform will review the appeal and take appropriate action if the content is found to be original and compliant with the community guidelines.

Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any instances of duplicate or watermarked content to the Kiwikink moderation team. The platform relies on the vigilance of its community members to maintain a creative and original environment.

Effective Date: This policy is effective immediately upon its publication and applies to all content posted on or after this date.

5. Withdrawal Policy and Payment Processing Terms

Please note that withdrawals from your Kiwikink account are processed on the 5th day of each month. There is a processing period of 7 days before funds are transferred to your designated account. This timeframe is necessary to accommodate potential refund requests and ensure sufficient funds are available for withdrawal.
